This collection grew out of time spent in the Carolinian forests and along the waterways that shape my corner of Ontario—the Escarpment, the Bruce Trail, the Great Lakes and Twenty Valley.
‘Chasing Light’ turns the viewer’s attention toward shimmering sunlight and expressive colour.
Whether filtering through a forest canopy, skimming across waves & water-worn stones, softening petals of a rose or settling into the glow of a sunset, colourful light continually dances around us.
Through vibrant colour and expressive brushwork, this joyful collection of new work reveals our everyday world in a fresh light.
